Making a Reservation:
When scheduling your appointment, you will be asked to supply a major credit card to guarantee your appointment. If you would like to use any special promotion codes or coupons, please mention at the time of booking.
If you must cancel or change your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time in order to avoid being charged for the appointment. If we are not in the office, you may leave a voicemail after hours to give notice. Those who are unable to give 24 hour cancellation notice will be charged $25. Those who fail to call or show up for their appointment will be charged for the full cost of their treatment. Please note that if you arrive late for your treatment,we will need to reschedule you.
New clients should arrive 15 minutes early for their appointment allowing enough time to fill out all required paperwork and/or change and relax prior to appointment. Clients coming for Laser Hair Removal please be prepared by shaving all areas needed to be treated prior to arrival. If you prefer the esthetician shave you, please be aware of our $25 charge for this service.
We validate parking for $2 on Peoria Street, between Adams and Monroe. It is the lot on the east side of the street with the blue hut at the entrance, labeled ellehomme Spa customer parking.
Gift Certificate Policy:
ellehomme offers spa gift certificates for purchase in store, over the phone, or online for a quick and instant gift solution that you can print or e-mail directly from the comfort of your home.
Gift Certificates can be purchased for any service or dollar amount.
Promotional gift certificates, coupons, and other promotional packages (sold at a discount) are not valid in combination with other promotions, and may only be redeemed one per customer, per visit.
All Gift Certificate sales are final and will expire after 1 year from date of purchase.
Customers may exchange unopened products with a receipt within 30 days of purchase and get a store credit for full amount.
Gratuities are appreciated, we do accept credit cards although cash is preferred. Standard gratuity is about 20%.
Please leave all valuables at home, as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.
