Our laser device expels pulses of heat that essentially burns the hair follicle. This keeps the hair follicle damaged and disables it from growing more hair. Over time, the follicles may heal and begin producing more hair. Due to this, it usually takes multiple sessions for patients to achieve their desired results. On average, a patient may receive 4-6 treatment sessions for the best results, spaced about four weeks apart.

Following laser hair removal, you may be asked to avoid direct sunlight on the treated area for a while, or to avoid certain skincare regimens and makeup. You should be able to see results after the first treatment session, but they could be short-lived as multiple sessions are common. It’s also common to experience mild effects such as a slight burning sensation or itching at the treatment site.
